Parties & Events

• 60 minutes out on the gym floor (gymnastics, trampoline, fun activities) 
• 45 minutes in the Party Room for refreshments and opening of presents 
• A qualified Birthday Party staff member 
• All of the tableware (generic) 
• Release forms (see Forms below) 
• A smile and a great time…the best part! 
• A special party gift for the Birthday boy or girl! 

• Sign a copy of the Birthday Party Contract (see Forms below) and mail it in or drop it off to the MEGA Office
• A phone call 2-3 days before your party date confirming the number of children attending the party. Any additional children attending will be paid for the day of the party 
• All party activities must stay within the scheduled times 
• Any food and refreshments that you would like to serve at the party 

• $165 for up to 10 kids (due at time of booking) 
• $10 for each additional child (package price includes birthday child)

Inflatable Bounce House: $20 

Extra Time: $25 per 15 minutes (based on space availability) 

Parents are not allowed on gym equipment. 

All participants must present a filled out and signed MEGA Fun and Fitness Registration Form, and Concussion Form. Participants under 18 must have their legal parent or guardian sign their forms – no exceptions. A written note of permission will not be accepted. You may download the forms here, complete and bring them with you. 

As a reminder this is a FUN, but structured party. At no time are parents permitted to be on the equipment. Your child is the celebrity at this party! 

Because we want to create the best possible experience for all of our guests, Walk-In Birthday Parties are not allowed. Walk-In Parties are ones that show up unscheduled or unannounced.
